The Role
- Work alongside a skilled and experience coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high quality before and after school care service
- Mentor and collaborate a team of passionate educators onsite at the service
- Plan, support and document the children’s learning while utilising the frameworks (EYLF and NQS)
- Creating a safe and warm environment for the children
- Liaise with the parents and families to maintain meaningful relationships
Role Requirements
- Certificate III; Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) would be highly desirable but not essential
- Previous experience within a leadership position within childcare or after school care setting
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children’s interest and development
- Knowledge of health and safety policies and practices
- Full working rights in Australia & Valid WWCC
