What Your Days Might Look Like
We're on the lookout for a standout Product Delivery Lead to complement our existing team and fulfil our product strategy. This role will see you join a progressive company at the forefront of HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Engagement & Performance technologies, with the opportunity to grow and develop with us. You will be an integral part of our Product team consisting of Designers, Engineers and Product experts to deliver our product strategy that is aligned to our company vision.

tEffectively communicating product strategies, priorities, and progress to stakeholdersTranslating complex technical and business challenges into clear, actionable insightsBe able to host, conduct and articulate presentations to the whole organisation, including C-level execs, as well as corporate partners and external customer
sWhat You Will Brin
gUndergraduate qualifications (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred)4+ years of experience in a product leadership role (Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent)Proven track record of leading product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environmentStrong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term visionExperience leading and mentoring cross-functional teamsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsA data-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomesAble to write well-defined specifications to clearly communicate expected product outcomesProven success working with design and development teams using agile/scrum methodologyAble to challenge expectations and question the status quo on a day-to-day basisHungry, creative, enthusiastic, and data-driven with a diverse skill set to thrive in an environment of fast growth and ambiguityAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionPossess excellent decision making and problem-solving skillsPassionate about data, design systems and product managemen
