We are seeking a highly motivated HR Consultant with a strong background in employment relations to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client maintain a compliant workplace environment.
In this unique role, you'll:
- Be the ER expert: Provide strategic advise to our clients and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.
- Partner with passion: Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.
- Knowledge sharer: Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.
- A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
- A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
