As we expand, we are seeking a Customer Experience & Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers.Role DescriptionAs the Customer Experience & Onboarding Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital customer service and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for both B2C and B2B customers. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will help maintain Paylab’s strong market reputation while aligning with our culture and vision. This is a junior role ideal for a career-minded individual eager to learn and grow within the digital customer engagement and communications space in our small growing company.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the refinement of the customer onboarding experience, promoting a seamless and intuitive process for new users.Provide top-tier digital customer support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through our platform.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, technology and management) to align customer service initiatives with business goals.Monitor customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the Paylab experience.Develop and implement best practices for digital customer engagement and communication.Support B2C and B2B customers by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.Maintain Paylab’s strong market reputation by embodying our values of transparency, empowerment, and financial well-being.Support the introduction and maintenance of customer service toolsets, processes and policies
QualificationsA recent graduate (within the last 3 years) with some "real world" experience in digital platform customer service, onboarding, or customer success.Strong understanding of digital customer engagement strategies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey.Experience in fintech, neobanking, rewards, eGift cards, or financial services is a plus.Passion for digital customer experience and innovation.
