Providing Builders and Insurers with insurance reports and scopes of work for residential, commercial and industrial property damage. We also provide Structural, Civil and Stormwater design for a wide range of developments including residential, commercial and industrial properties.

The opportunity

A fantastic opportunity is available for a forensic engineer to join our team.

You will mainly focus on existing buildings with fire damage, tree and vehicle impacts with a 50/50 split between on-site and office work.

Requirements

Civil/Structural Engineering degree. Minimum 1 years of experience in Forensic or remedial strata role. Passion for Engineering. Strong technical report writing skills. Excellent attention to detail. Structural behaviour instinct. Keen to learn and be mentored and be a part of the team. High level of English writing and structural analytical skills will be highly regarded. Ability to utilise Autocad.

Responsibilities

Achieving client satisfaction prepare causation reports on defects and damage. Prepare scope of works Work effectively to keep billings up to date Performing site inspections and liaising with all stake holders. Perform structural design of timber, steel and concrete structures and associated drafting. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all technical aspects related to buildings.

You will be closely mentored by our high performing senior engineers as a part of your professional development.

Continued professional development and involvement in appropriate industry associations.
