Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAS programs for data analysis, report generation, and statistical modeling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and interpret analytical requirements and translate them into effective SAS solutions.
- Perform data manipulation, validation, and cleansing to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data.
- Create and maintain documentation of SAS programs, data flows, and analytical processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAS programming and data analytics.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on SAS programming techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SAS Developer or in a similar analytical role with a focus on SAS programming.
- Strong knowledge of SAS software, including Base SAS, SAS Macros, and SAS SQL.
- Experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
