The Opportunity
We are currently working with an exceptional energy services company based in South Brisbane who are seeking an Administration Officer/Receptionist . This role offers exposure to diverse work and projects in the energy industry, ongoing guidance and hand-on expertise. The company is based in South Brisbane and has on-site parking.
About the Position
Key skills and experience:
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems, managing document control.
  • Answering queries by employees and clients.
  • Updating office policies and communicating them to the wider team.
  • Maintaining individual, team and company calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations.
  • Managing office supplies, negotiating prices and placing orders.
  • Booking meeting rooms, printing and photocopying.
  • Assist Procurement to create Purchase Oder
  • Other Ad hoc Tasks
