Penfold Projects is seeking an Administration Coordinator for a Flexible Full Time role in Kelvin Grove.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business operations, handling day-to-day tasks like ensuring the company email is monitored, coordinating departments, and managing the processes between departments, often requiring strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in construction/landscaping industry highly derisible
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Reception duties (phones, email & greeting clients)
- HR Administration
- Document Control
- Tender Submissions
- Ensuring PPE and uniforms is available to all site staff
- Ensuring office supplies are sufficiently stocked
Skills Required:
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Office Suite: Experience using Outlook, Excel & Word
- Time Management: Effective at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with others and build relationships.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting techniques.
