Business Analyst – Identity & Operational Technology | 12-Month ContractWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support identity-focused projects within an Operational Technology Environment (OTE). This role will involve gathering and documenting requirements, process modeling, and supporting the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Elicit, document, and socialise requirements for engineering-focused identity projects.Develop user stories, process maps, and project analysis artefacts.Support test case writing, execution, and implementation.Conduct financial analysis to support business case submissions.Engage stakeholders across multiple business and technical teams.Assist in developing key project artefacts, including stakeholder presentations, knowledge base articles, and communication templates.
Skills & Experience:5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in technology or related industries.Experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 for process mapping.Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with technologies such as:SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security CloudSaviynt Enterprise Identity CloudMicrosoft Entra ID, Okta Workforce Cloud, Ping Identity, FortiAuthenticatorKnowledge of industry security standards including AES-CSF and the SOCI Act is highly desirable.Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Contract Details:Duration: 12 months, with potential extension.Location: Hybrid working environment - City Fringe + WFH Options
