Description:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Conveyancer or Legal Assistant to join our friendly firm, either in Brisbane or at our Gold Coast office in Paradise Point. This is a full-time role, with some flexibility negotiable (a minimum of 4 days per week is required).
In this varied role, you will run residential and commercial purchase and sale conveyancing files from start to finish, with supervision. You will handle a diverse range of property transactions, including, off the plan transactions, leases and vendor finance deals, leases, property transfers in conjunction with family law and estate solicitors as well as providing some general administrative support to other staff within the office.
You will be experienced in conveyancing work, particularly in managing files independently as well as being familiar with PEXA, Titles Lodgement and Office of State Revenue.
We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a good sense of humour and a determination to succeed. Attention to detail along with a flexible, problem-solving mindset that seeks out innovative solutions is essential. Real initiative will be recognized and rewarded.
In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong networking abilities and a knack for managing professional relationships with agents, brokers, and other key referrers.
We offer the opportunity to work closely with the partners and our conveyancing manager in either our Brisbane or Paradise Point offices. This roles offers plenty of client interaction and a convenient and comfortable office location.
Our Brisbane office is conveniently located just a short walk from Central Train Station, with reduced paid parking available. Our Paradise Point office offers free parking in a welcoming community setting.
