Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding early learning experiences.
- Ensure a high-quality educational program aligned with Kidzplay Pedagogy Standards.
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and educators.
- Champion a fun and dynamic workplace culture that supports professional growth.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
✔ Proven leadership experience as a Centre Manager or 2IC, with strong operational skills.
✔ A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality standards, & National Regulations.
✔ Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to empower and inspire your team.
✔ Proficiency in CCS compliance & software (XAP highly regarded).
✔ Current First Aid Certificate & Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
