Community Solutions is seeking candidates that are committed in completing a Certificate III in Civil Construction. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge and passion for the industry, labour experience desirable and the ability to work a rotating shift roster in a large safety-first organisation.
Essential Requirements:
- Construction White Card (or willing to obtain)
- Manual driver’s license
- MR Licence is highly desirable but not essential (Ideal candidate would be willing to obtain an MR licence during traineeship)
- CPR desirable
- Demonstrate an understanding of Civil Construction
- Labour experience
- Able to camp away and work shift work including day and night shift
- Provide two work or school related references
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol testing.

Community Solutions is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.
