Your New Role
Joining a dynamic and supportive team, you will advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology and energy.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies. Typical work the team handles, include:

• Share and business acquisitions, subscriptions and sales
• Shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements
• Capital raising documents
• Intellectual property advices including trade marks (nationally and internationally), designs, copyrights and data breaches
• Trading terms, supply agreements and franchising
• Intellectual property issues
• Licensing issues
• Employment matters including employee share schemes
• Trust creation and advice
• Structuring and asset protection advice
• Service agreements

Please note: We are looking for lawyers 1-4 years PAE and 4-7 years PAE

Your Skills Profile

• 1-4 years' and 4-7 years' PAE in commercial law;
• Strong academic results;
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• High attention to detail and strong drive to succeed; and
