Primary Responsibilities:

  • Entering sales orders
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc
  • Vetting orders
  • Applying credit processes
  • Providing technical and product support to customers.

About You

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

To be considered applicants MUST have:

  • experience in a similar role
  • a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
  • a friendly telephone manner
  • the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
