Description:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for:
- Conduct cold calling and social media outreach to generate new leads
- Clearing communicate the value and benefits of the work, health and safety and occupational health products to clients
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in high risk industries such as engineering and manufacturing.
- Utilise CRM software to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for should have:
- A demonstrated understanding of, WHS, workers compensation, occupational health or injury prevention
- Prior experience in cold calling and social media outreach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- A drive for results and leadership skills.
- High level of resilience and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
Conditions:
On offer for the successful Business Development Representative:
- A salary package of AUD $80,000-$90,000 base with an OTE package of $120,000 including commissions.
