About the Role:Our Hotel Services, Stores and Cleaning Supervisor, plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of cleaning, store management, and overall housekeeping services within our residential care facility. Based at Fullarton on a full time basis Monday - Friday, this position ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at our site, while maintaining the highest levels of service for our consumers and residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage stock ordering, receipt, and documentation, assisting with audits.
- Provide high-quality cleaning services and operate specialised equipment.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain chemical safety, waste removal, and recycling practices.
- Respond to requests and maintain privacy, dignity, and professionalism.
- Assist with staff training, administration, and continuous improvement efforts
We’re seeking a candidate who can provide respectful, person-centred services, with strong time management and communication skills. A minimum of 2 years experience in aged care, hotel services, and using commercial cleaning equipment is essential, with team leader experience highly valued. The ability to lead a team and conduct cleaning and administrative audits is also required. A commitment to workplace safety, the ability to work under pressure, a positive attitude, and customer service experience are key.
Candidates are required to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment with the successful candidate also requiring a current NDIS worker clearance . In accordance with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
