We're seeking reliable, efficient Food Services Assistants (FSA's) to join our team at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
About the role:
As a Patient Food Services Assistant (FSA) at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, your duties will include meal preparation, following food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll contribute to a positive dining experience for patients and play a vital role in their care.
This is a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work across morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. Full work rights are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow food safety rules to keep food safe and clean.
- Help prepare and assemble meals, making sure they look and taste good.
- Store food properly and check temperatures to keep everything fresh.
- Clean dishes and work areas to maintain a tidy kitchen.
- Work well with the team and share ideas for improvement.
About you:
- Able to understand and follow instructions clearly.
- Capable of managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Careful in following procedures and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to assist in meal preparation and assembly.
