The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, production, procurement, and warehouse and distribution management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of optimising operations and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily Warehouse and Distribution operations in the food manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Manage schedules to meet customer demands and optimise efficiency.Manage warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce costs.Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management within the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of production processes, procurement practices, and warehouse and distribution management.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
