Job DescriptionWe are seeking to appoint a full-time Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference! Based at our Melbourne Central store, you will be reporting to the District Manager.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Collaborate with District Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categoriesTrack store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals dailyDemonstrates strong business acumen through understanding organisational objectivesManage training process for new hires and current employeesDemonstrate effective execution of all performance management toolsRecruit and make hiring, pay and termination decisions for positions underneath hierarchyResponsible for leading and executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectivelyPerform and supervise store opening and closing proceduresProvide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completedProactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with District Manager on elevated consumer issues.
