Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects the RB45 brand voice. Edit a range of still image and video content.
- Social Media & Digital Presence: Coordinate social media initiatives, track performance metrics, and engage with our online community.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and community fitness initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, and reporting on marketing activities to track progress and measure success.
Key Requirements
Experience in marketing coordination or similar role, ideally within the retail or fitness industry is favourable.
AND/OR
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
