The Assistant Development Manager is accountable for coordinating and managing internal and external teams of consultants and service providers to assist the Development Manager in the development and project management of Major Projects and Housing Initiatives.
This role will assist the Development Manager in the leading and coordination of all aspects of development planning, design and delivery, feasibility analysis, due diligence, financials and identifying risks and opportunities across the pipeline to ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
- The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Drivers Licence, which must be maintained.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 30 June 2028.
Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary (VET or higher education) qualifications in Property, Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a related field.
Remuneration
$98,478 - $104,165 (ASO6)
