Description:


Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a State Government Department to recruit multiple Levy Officers for levy processing and enforcement . These roles will support the processing and reconciliation of levy revenue while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and finalise levy revenue and project data using CRM and finance systems.
  • Reconcile project costs and update the general ledger.
  • Provide accurate advice to stakeholders regarding QLeave’s services.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist with managing incoming calls and enquiries.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in administration, finance, or compliance-related roles .
  • Ability to process and interpret project and financial data .
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
  • Strong technical literacy , including experience with various systems, intermediate computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Familiarity with government or regulatory environments (highly regarded).
