Job description- Full time Book Keepers
- Processing of source documents and coding
- Bank account, credit card and loan account reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Taking charge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing Payroll and superannuation
- End of month reconciliations
- Preparation of BAS and IAS reporting
- Ad hoc client based administration
- Ad hoc assistance with in house systemisation and development
About you:
- To be successful in securing this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Minimum 1 Years hands on bookkeeping experience
- Previous experience in a similar role where you have dealt with a variety of clientsand industries
- Experience working across multiple software systems including XERO, MYOB,DEXT, Asana or Click up To name a few.
- Highly self motivated with great time management
- Committed to continuing professional development
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Well presented with good ethics and a responsible attitude
- Must be an Australian Resident

Full Job Description - Account Clerk
• Process and record invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Generate and send invoices to customers, track payments, and manage outstanding balances.
• Calculate and process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounting software.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain organized and secure financial documents, such as receipts, contracts, and financial agreements.
• Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and assist with audits when necessary.
