About the role:
- Lead and support educators in implementing curriculum, planning cycles, and enhancing programs and practices, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and Primary Years Program.
- Oversee the development and delivery of educational and wellbeing programs in the ELC, ensuring alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
- Guide educators and families on play-based learning, and foster professional growth, inquiry, and collaboration among staff.
- Manage day-to-day supervision, staffing, and administrative tasks, including rostering and scheduling of staff.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, college policies, and regulatory requirements, while actively participating in school events and supporting the yearly budget and performance reviews.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Certificates in First Aid (HLTAID012) & Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current NT Working With Children Clearance (Ochre Card)
- Previous ELC Leadership experience is preferred
- Experience in the use of Spike is preferred
- National Police Check (prior to commencement)
