Fly In Fly Out role (ex-Darwin) or Residential Role (Regional NT) We have a full-time role within our team to deliver a range of occupational health and risk prevention services on a FIFO roster flying out of Darwin (5:2/4:3 or 4:3 roster), or living residentially in regional NT (5:2 roster, with accommodation provided). The successful applicant will work on a mine site in regional NT but will be closely supported by our Biosymm team and our client's workforce. Experience in Occupational Physiotherapy is not a pre-requisite, as we will provide you with all the appropriate training to upskill you to a Physiotherapist working in Occupational Health. You will also be able to access ongoing fortnightly training and join our structured clinical PD program within Biosymm. Services provided are as follows, but not limited to onsite physiotherapy, injury management, pre-employment medicals, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, job dictionary, office ergonomics and training services. What you need: • Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence • Willingness to add and develop a positive work culture • Exhibit resilience and ability to think and problem solve in high pressure situations • Demonstrate empathy and a passion to learn and grow quickly in alignment with a fast, growing national organisation The Benefits: • Work within an organisation with a national reach • Competitive salary (not commission-based) • Monthly PD sessions with external providers as well as internal occupational physiotherapy training. • PD allowance- training allowance of up to $1000 for any external course in relation to your employment • Occupational Physiotherapy Titling- as part of our responsibility within the profession and the largest employer of occupationally trained Physiotherapists we will cover fees to anyone wanting to pursue titling with the APA • Academic Library Access- you have the ability to access medical and allied health journal articles from across the world • Parental Leave Scheme • Career Progression Options- If you have been with us for some time, and are interested in exploring roles outside of physiotherapy (e.g. Injury management Advisors / Health and Safety roles) we can look to facilitate this as opportunities arise with our clients if it suits all parties.
