We currently have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled individual to join the Parts team at our dealership as a Senior Parts Interpreter.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and building strong customer relationships with our trade partners and current customers. This includes but is not limited to:
- Identifying and pricing parts for customers.
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of our parts warehouse, along with assisting customers on our front counter.
- Ordering parts from warehouse and external suppliers
- Both face to face & telephone sales enquiries
- Follow-up and resolve guest requests and issues
- Preparing invoices & other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
- Keeping sales records updated
- Receive and process all monies when applicable
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous experience in a parts environment
- Working knowledge/ability to identify make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment
- Skills to manage a multi-task workload and work efficiently under pressure
- Working knowledge with computers
