Restaurant Manager-Hotel Venue-Remote Coastal Northern TerritoryWe have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Restaurant Manager for this busy venue located in Coastal Northern Territory.
This is a hands-on role and would suit a candidate who likes working alongside the team. You will work alongside a fantastic team of hospitality staff.
The venue offers onsite accommodation, restaurant, bars and bottle shop and caters to the local, corporate and tourist market visiting the region.
Outside of work enjoy the laid back lifestyle the Northern Territory offers. Beautiful tropical weather, amazing sunsets & sunrises.
Enjoy mixing with a friendly local community, relax on the beach or enjoy some local fishing on days off.

Pay Details:
- $70,000 Salary
- Accommodation $100 per week
- Share 2 Bedroom unit - own bedroom
- Duty Meal whilst on shift
• Management of the venue's A La Carte Restaurant including hands on behind the bar and on the floor
• Working with other management staff to ensure the smooth running of the department and to ensure guest expectations are not only met but exceeded on a daily basis
• Training, supervision & mentoring of staff
• Organising and planning of functions and special themes and events
• Maintaining a clean restaurant, re-setting etc.
• Counting and balancing of tills
• Monitoring stock control and stock ordering for the restaurant
• Other duties as required by management
