Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic human to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be trained and supported to become responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a great opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone looking to start their c and assist them with their purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to implement promotional and marketing strategies to achieve store objectives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- No Qualifications required; we will train you! To succeed the following will help:
o Good written English and basic math skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal
o Attention to detail and accuracy
o Basic computer skills
