Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Urban Planner to join our Urban Solutions team in Perth in 2026.

Our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to answer some of the most complex questions regarding the future of our cities, challenge the status quo and create positive change for our clients, our employees, and the communities we serve.

As the successful candidate, you will be:

Specific role requirements:

  • Working toward or possess bachelor qualifications in, urban design, architecture, or related built environment design discipline (essential)
  • A strong understanding of urban design and built form
  • Excellent design and graphic communication skills
  • Strong skills using Autocad, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp, and ability to learn Lumion
  • Current right to live and work in Australia (i.e permanent residency or citizenship)
