Description:
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and managing competition logistics, including team registrations, pool allocations, and results reporting and other key duties
- Assisting with the organisation and delivery of Water Polo competitions and events in WA metro and regional/remote schools
- Supporting Sporting Schools funding applications.
- Providing customer service and support to competition participants, school partners, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to competitions and school engagement
- Supporting the broader operations of the organisation as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with sports administration and/or experience in an education or community setting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and database management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
