Be the welcoming face of CBRE’s Perth Office Collaborative and Inclusive workplace Perth CBD Land of the Whadjuk PeopleWe are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Guest Relations Executive to be the welcoming face of our Perth office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and visitors have a positive and memorable experience.
About the role:
- First point of contact: Welcome visitors, offer refreshments, and manage calls professionally.
- Meeting and event setup: Organize and prepare internal meetings and events, including IT setup.
- Office maintenance: Ensure front office, meeting rooms, kitchen, and stationery supplies are tidy and well-stocked.
- Perform general administrative and financial tasks, daily office operations and support on exciting social initiatives.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional client experiences and communicate effectively at all levels.
About you:
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Corporate Reception or Guest Services role
- Immaculately presented you will possess a professional and welcoming approach
- A team player with strong customer service experience and superior communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrate superior organisational skills by effectively handling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and anticipating the needs of the CBRE team and clients.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office skills.
