We are in the market for an experienced individual to manage the City’s periodic works programs and maintenance schedules for the City’s buildings, facilities and structures.
What can you bring to the team?
- Diploma in a discipline relevant to the field Building Maintenance
- Minimum of five (5) years’ or more experience in a similar maintenance planning role
- Experience with managing tradespersons and contractors
- Demonstrated experience and ability to interpret, analyse and recommend resources applicable to municipal maintenance programs, improvements, and maintenance work
- Demonstrated ability to assist in budget preparations
- High level of verbal and written literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to manage and prioritise to achieve target outcomes
The finer details
This permanent full-time Level 5 position attracts a salary range of $87,623 - $93,338 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
