About The Role
We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Civil Operator based in the Wastewater team at Canning Vale.
As part of the district civil team you will be regularly outdoors, Operating, inspecting and maintaining reticulated water and wastewater systems.
What The Role Will Involve
Participate in safe job planning, team meetings and workplace inspections.Demonstrate leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority in the provision of a work environment where no injury is considered acceptable, and all activities are undertaken without compromising health and safety.Operate, maintain, monitors and repair water, wastewater assets, operational sites and public facilities as required.Participating in overtime and rosters as required.
Key Skills And Experience
Certificate III National Water Package or willingness to work towardsAble to work in a wastewater environment (sewage) – relevant vaccinations requiredExperience with SAP operating systemWestern Australian MR or higher Class Drivers LicenceCurrent Confined Space, Working at Heights and Gas Test Atmospheres ticketsExperience in water supply and wastewater systemsAbility to work a rotating roster
