Teachers/Tutors Wanted - Various positions available.
Strive to Thrive Education Centre is looking for energetic, experienced tutors for teaching a range of subjects to primary, secondary and High school students.
If you have a love for teaching and enjoy working in small groups and one-to one with students in a purpose built facility, then we would love to hear from you.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Experience in teaching one or more subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc) to students who fall in the categories below. Please indicate in your cover letter which category, one or more, you're applying for.
- Experienced in teaching a small group and one-to-one class. Marking homework and assessments. Monitoring progress reports, communicating with Parents and Centre Manager, child's performance, improvements, strong & weak points, etc. Be able to independently work and manage all students in the class. Develop term schedule, worksheets, in-class lessons, etc. Experience is desirable but not essential as centre can provide assistance in this to the right candidate.
Key Requirements:
- Teaching/tutoring experience (Minimum 1 year)
- High ATAR scores.
- Working with Children check
- Australian Driving Licence
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g., citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
Location: Canning Vale
Job Type: Casual
Hourly Rate: $31 per hour + Super.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – after 3:00 pm, Weekends (Saturday/Sunday all day)
