Introduction:About the Role:
This role is within strong recruitment team managing a portfolio of site projects from a recruitment and HR Generalist perspective.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers) across a portfolio of projects.
- Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
- Managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Managing HR documentation, contracts, and employee records.
- Assisting in HR reporting and workforce planning.
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance including development of job descriptions and HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
- Permanent work rights within Western Australia
- Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources (Highly desirable)
- Strong internal recruitment background ideally within blue collar environment.
- Proven recruitment experience across both blue and white collar positions preferably within mining/ civil environment.
- Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements relating to Fair Work as well as OH&S generally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certificate, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources (Highly desirable)

- Prior recruitment experience for BHP, Rio Tinto or FMG projects.
