Synopsis:Haileybury is seeking a visionary leader to drive our innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, including learning partnerships and Curious Minds programs. With a decade of leadership in this space, we continue to push boundaries, fostering a culture of innovation, enterprise, and collaboration. This role empowers students with future-ready skills while strengthening industry and community connections across all Haileybury campuses, including Haileybury Pangea, our online school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation in learning: design and implement future-focused curriculum strategies, integrating emerging trends, technology, and interdisciplinary problem-solving.
- Inspire excellence in teaching: attract, develop, and mentor top educators while fostering innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student outcomes.
- Lead high-performing teams: cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence, empowering staff to achieve outstanding results.
- Build strategic partnerships: establish and sustain industry and community connections to provide real-world learning opportunities for students.
- Champion entrepreneurship & mentorship: develop initiatives that foster creativity, problem-solving, and enterprise skills while expanding mentorship programs with industry leaders.
