Head of Pastry – Little Sister Bakery
We’re looking for a Head of Pastry to lead and elevate our pastry program at Little Sister Bakery. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about quality, innovation, and team development.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire our pastry team, overseeing daily production and new product development.
- Develop innovative pastries that align with our brand’s vision while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Experiment with flavors, techniques, and trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Collaborate with the broader team to align production with seasonal demand and business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef (5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Creativity and technical excellence in pastry-making, from viennoiserie to plated desserts.
- A passion for innovation, flavors, and artistic presentation.
- Excellent organization and time management to run an efficient pastry kitchen.
- Experience with menu development and scaling production.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

- Braeside VIC 3195: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
