Asset & Facilities Coordinator
This position will oversee the effective operation and maintenance of building facilities and assets in our Perth offices.
You will be providing a high standard of property co-ordination and technical advice, taking a hands-on approach to building assets.
The position is also responsible for the delivery of minor works/ office fit out projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the workplace, as well as supporting the team with reporting and data analysis to assist in driving operational and commercial excellence.
Your new role will:
- Coordinate and manage the development of routine property maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs
- Oversee lease arrangements with landlords for Perth owned offices and be the main Horizon Power representative for all landlord communications.
- Administer Building Security contract for Perth offices
- Manage minor building refurbishments or fit outs within Perth offices.
- Provide support to Project Managers to assist with administration, reporting and uploading data to internal business systems
Essential:
- Relevant demonstrated experience in property/facility management is mandatory
- Significant knowledge and understanding of property asset maintenance (HVAC/ Electrical/Plumbing etc) and coordination, including property leasing.
- Experience in property management and maintenance practices.
- Experience in oversight of minor building works projects and construction administration experience is desirable.
- High level of competency and application in the use of Excel/Power BI for data analysis, spreadsheet development and reporting.
- Adapting approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
