Online Tutor - Minimum 4hrs. (fully Remote)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as Tutors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised, one-on-one online tutoring sessions to students at a school level grade 1-12.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to address individual learning needs.
- Assess students' progress and adjust tutoring techniques accordingly.
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' performance.
- Contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
Requirements vary depending on your preferred students' education level, however we generally require at least:
- Australian High School Certificate.
- Commendable Year 12 grades.
- Insofar as you will be tutoring Year 10 - 12 students specific subjects, marks of B or greater in those given subjects (except in the case of General Mathematics, where any mark above a C in Mathematical Methods will be satisfactory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card) or ability to attain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tutoring/online will be looked well upon.
- Current or past university student.
