About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and develop scalable solutions that drive business success.
K ey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) , to meet business needs.
- Build custom functionalities and improve the user experience using Apex, LWC, and integration technologies .
- Design and maintain Salesforce Forms , including Dynamic Forms, Screen Flows, Web-to-Lead, and Web-to-Case .
- Build and consume REST/SOAP APIs to support seamless integrations with third-party applications.
- Work with XML, JSON, and CSV formats for smooth data transformation and exchange.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient resolutions.
- Deploy changes following best practices, maintaining code integrity, and optimizing release processes .
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions .
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) development , contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Support production deployments, conduct post-deployment validation, and provide ongoing maintenance .
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development across Force.com, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, Data Modeling, and Salesforce development tools (App Builder, Flow Builder, Salesforce DX, APIs).
- Strong experience with third-party integrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (additional certifications preferred).
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center) .
- Hands-on experience with third-party form integrations (FormAssembly, JotForm, Typeform, etc.) .
- Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and performance optimization .
