Senior/ Development Manager – Land Projects

The Role
Take charge of land acquisitions, from site identification and due diligence to negotiation and project delivery. Work closely with key stakeholders to bring visionary developments to life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead land acquisition strategies and negotiations
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee feasibility studies, financial models, and project proposals
  • Navigate planning, legal, and environmental approvals
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project execution
  • Mentor junior team members in a collaborative environment
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in property development with a land acquisition focus
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in zoning laws, regulations, and financial modelling
  • A degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
