OVERVIEWOur client is an established commercial property agency with a highly reputable and successful ownership team made up of 25+ years' experience in tier 1 property firms.
They have been involved in transactions across a wide variety of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, childcare, large-format retail, broad-acre residential, medical, development sites, and healthcare with values up to $80m. They have a strategic approach to now grow their portfolio organically, and are now looking for a Senior Property Manager to join the leadership team.
This role would suit a Property Manager with 5 + years' experience looking for the next step in their career, and an appetite to for growth within a high performing office.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Manage the key clients of a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
- Manage complex lease negotiations, tenant relations and complex assets
- Provide mentoring and support to current Property Managers
- Utilize Cirrus8 software to effectively track, manage, and report on property performance and financials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide regular reports on property performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Opportunity to participate in leasing deals
- Generous salary and open to negotiating profit share/bonus structure
- KPI/commission incentives if you would like to be involved in leasing & portfolio growth (not essential)
- Progressive and forward-thinking Directors who are very selective on the properties under management (strategic around managing quality assets)
- Established property manager already managing the portfolio
- Modern office close to high end bars, cafes and transport
- Parking very close to the office
- Proven experience in managing a commercial property portfolio, with at least 5 years in the role
- Leadership/mentoring experience is ideal
- Appetite for growth and leadership
- Expertise in using Cirrus8 software is ideal
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
