Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians? Tarrays Staffing is seeking a compassionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team on a casual basis, with a competitive salary range of AUD36.00- 41.00 per hour.
As an AIN at Tarrays Staffing, you'll play a crucial role in the daily care of older Australians, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort. You'll have the opportunity to work within a tight-knit team, providing support and contributing to the overall wellbeing of residents.

What do you need to have?

• Certificate III Individual Support or Similar
• COVID Vaccination (including booster)
• Flu Vaccine (as some facilities require it)
• Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these
• Reliable access to means of transportation
• Own accommodation

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in Aged Care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Aged Care/ Disability Care or Healthcare Assistance
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Any additional relevant training or certifications
• Manual Handling Training
