The Role

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy, high-performing Real Estate team in Sydney on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to add an enormous amount of value to the day-to-day efficient running of the practice by immersing yourself in the team and will gain satisfaction from seeing your hard work make a difference.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
  • Experience in a law firm environment;
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with legal staff and clients;
  • Strong initiative and problem solving ability;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service;
  • A desire to be a career legal secretary
