About the our client
Our client offers a bin collection service providing Adelaide homes and businesses with a dedicated bin for 10¢ refundable bottles, cans and containers. They're expanding their operations and are looking for people to come along for this exciting journey.
About the Opportunity

As an Administrations Coordinator , you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the business. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing administrative operations and promptly addressing issues to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Managing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier transactions to ensure smooth financial processes.
  • Responding to emails and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and drivers, coordinating logistics and ensuring efficiency.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to maintain exceptional client relations.
  • Assisting with quotes, project coordination, and operational support as required.
  • Completing staff and contractor inductions, along with OH&S documentation and compliance.
  • Being on call to address urgent operational needs and ensure continuity.
  • Managing office supplies, stationery, and organising company events.
  • Facilitating effective internal communication by organising meetings and streamlining information flow within the team.
  • Assisting with operational reporting and compliance documentation as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the trades, recycling, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to multitask, priorities workloads effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with invoicing and purchase order processes – desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting/administration software.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
