ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be working within a motivating and fast paced environment that values continuous training and development. Working closely with our reputable recruitment team, in this position you will be responsible for ensuing they are well supported each day from an operational perspective. Being provided in-depth exposure to the recruitment industry, this position could potentially offer the right individual the opportunity to progress into a recruitment position in future.
DUTIES.
- Meet and greet Clients and Candidates
- Manage and set up company meetings
- Format resumes
- Post job advertisements
- Data Entry
- Adhoc administration tasks
- No previous administration experience required
- Available to work full-time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
