We are seeking an exceptional Centre Director/Manager for our Early Childhood Centre located in Brookvale, NSW . As a Centre Director/Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children, and leading a passionate team of educators.
About the Role:

• Lead and manage the centre to ensure high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the broader community.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure it aligns with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff performance, resources, and financials.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
• Lead, support, and mentor educators to achieve their best and grow in their roles.
• Maintain strong communication with families, supporting their engagement in their child’s learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• A passion for early childhood education and providing high-quality care.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
