About your new Role:
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business, aligning HR strategies with organisational goals. You’ll be the go-to expert for employee relations, workplace investigations and HR compliance. Reporting to the Head of Partnering and Operations, this role is about being proactive, innovative, and an advocate for change.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Be the trusted advisor for managers and employees, offering expert guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure we’re always up to date with HR policies that reflect the latest legislation and best practices.
- Industrial Relations: Help interpret and apply the Enterprise Agreement, working closely with risk, legal, and leadership teams.
- Workforce Planning & Organisational Change: Assist with workforce planning and organisational development initiatives that drive employee engagement and operational efficiency.
About You:
You're a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’re passionate about building strong relationships and have a solid HR background with a strategic mindset and ideally have experience with Enterprise Agreements and implementation.
- Experience: 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Expertise: Proven knowledge in employee relations, workplace investigations, policy and process development and HR compliance.
- Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and guide leaders and team members through complex issues.
- Adaptability: Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
