We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment plants across multiple sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers’ plants perform at optimal levels while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating and maintaining water treatment plants as per service agreements.
- Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and responding to onsite callouts.
- Using our Maintenance Management System to plan and report on site work.
- Acting as the site representative, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identifying opportunities for plant upgrades and modifications.
- Ensuring compliance with OHSE policies and procedures.
- Assisting with plant installations, commissioning, and training team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Trade Qualification or Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
- E xperienced in commercial/industrial water treatment (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work remotely and travel to various sites as required.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to complete reports efficiently.
- A valid Driver’s License
