The Role
As a Labourer, your role will involve the safe handling of heavy goods as part of the production process. You'll ensure that the products are efficiently distributed to clients while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Duties:
- Operate hand and power tools, along with other equipment, safely and effectively
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and report any issues
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and adhere to OHS standards
- Maintain and clean company equipment and facilities
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Experience in concreting is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Forklift license is desirable, but not mandatory
